Job Purpose: |

The Front Desk Attendant may be required to service guests in a Bellman or Relief Concierge capacity. The Guest Service Agent meets and greets the Guest showing enthusiasm and willingness to make their stay at the resort a memorable one. The Front Desk Agent is expected to ensure that the level of service provided to the guest is highly individualized and that each guest feels that their comfort and convenience are the principal concerns of The Gasparilla Inn. |

This position does require you to be standing and walking 90% of the time. The position requires bending, twisting, kneeling, pushing, pulling, and a high degree of physical exertion while transporting equipment or guest luggage frequently of which will be approximately 60 lbs. This job operates in a high-end hotel. This position will often be assisting guests in outside weather conditions throughout the day. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. This position is full time and regularly requires early morning, late night and weekend shifts. |
