Your Nightly Mission:

As a Night Audit Associate, you will:

• Provide a warm and professional welcome to late-arriving guests.
• Ensure readiness for your shift, adhering to uniform standards.
• Manage incoming calls and guest inquiries throughout the night.
• Handle overnight reservations and adjustments using the hotel operating system.
• Utilize Microsoft Teams and Outlook to maintain communication with daytime staff.
• Implement sales strategies to maximize revenue during the night.
• Analyze and apply insights from nightly reports to improve operations.
• Coordinate with various departments to support guests’ overnight needs.
• Uphold and champion the brand standards during the quieter hours.
• Keep the front desk organized and prepared for the next day.
• Explore and integrate new technologies to enhance the nocturnal guest and staff experience.

Qualifications for the Night Shift:

• Ability to remain alert and stand for up to 8 hours during the night shift.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills in a low-light environment.
• Self-motivated with a collaborative spirit.
• Exceptional multitasking abilities and adept time management.
• A sense of ownership over the night’s activities.
• Comfortable working in the unique atmosphere of a casino resort.
