Position Overview:

Chandler & Campbelle Investment Group is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Janitorial Staff for overnight deep cleaning of the new PopStroke venue in West Palm Beach, FL. This position involves maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and appearance of the venue, ensuring a pristine environment for guests. The ideal candidate will be reliable, hardworking, and have experience in commercial cleaning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive deep cleaning of all areas within the PopStroke venue, including but not limited to dining areas, restrooms, kitchen spaces, gaming zones, and other public or staff areas.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors and surfaces, including furniture and fixtures.
• Clean and sanitize restroom facilities, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, and floors.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners; transport trash and waste to designated disposal areas.
• Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors using appropriate cleaning agents.
• Utilize and maintain cleaning equipment and materials properly.
• Replenish supplies such as soap, sanitizer, paper towels, and toilet tissue as needed.
• Follow established safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) while handling cleaning chemicals and equipment.
• Identify and report maintenance or repair needs promptly to supervisors.
• Adhere to cleaning schedules and standards to maintain a high level of cleanliness and ensure compliance with venue requirements.
• Respond to urgent cleaning needs promptly to maintain a clean and safe environment for guests and staff.
• Qualifications:
• Previous experience in janitorial, commercial cleaning, or related work is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to cleanliness.
• Ability to work overnight shifts, including weekends and holidays as required.
• Ability to operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, mops, floor scrubbers, and chemical dispensers.
• Physical ability to stand, bend, stoop, and lift up to 50 pounds as necessary.
• Reliable transportation to the work site.
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and excellent communication skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Environment:

• This position requires overnight shifts with extended periods of standing and walking.
• Work may involve exposure to cleaning chemicals and handling cleaning equipment.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly wage, paid semi-monthly.
