About No Longer Bound:
No Longer Bound is a long-term, residential, faith-based, clinical treatment program for men in addiction. Located in Cumming, Georgia, we are one of the nation’s premiere addiction recovery programs. We believe in transformation beyond sobriety through lasting intimacy with God, self and others. We are one of the most affordable programs in the nation, because we supplement the cost of care through fundraising and our social enterprises.

Support No Longer Bound’s clinical operations by providing direct oversight and accountability of residents. Shift differential pay is extra compensation for employees who work a less desirable shift, such as overnights and weekend shifts. NLB understands the importance of compensating those who provide care for our clients after regular business hours. NLB will offer a $3 per hour stipend pay combined with your hourly rate to compensate for these shifts. This increase of pay will be automatically adjusted based on eligibility.

Because No Longer Bound is an addition recovery organization specifically for men, and this job is directly engaged in the resident dorms 24 hours a day, only male candidates will be considered for this role. .
