Wildlife Repair Technician – Construction
Location: Lansing, MI
Job Type: Full-Time, Direct Hire
Compensation: $20 - $25/hr

We are looking for a dedicated Wildlife Repair Technician to join our team! In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for removing and excluding unwanted animals, repairing damage, and implementing preventative measures. You will work both independently and as part of a team to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction. If you have a background in construction, handyman work, or general labor and enjoy working outdoors, this is a great opportunity for you!
Remove and exclude unwanted animals based on customer work orders.
Perform remediation work and install preventative measures.
Inspect job sites for quality and completion.
Maintain safe and clean job sites, including proper disposal of tools and materials.
Operate and maintain service vehicles and equipment safely.
Assist with training and coaching of junior technicians.
Provide outstanding customer service and address customer concerns.
Maintain a professional appearance and ensure company vehicles are clean and organized.
Comfortable working at heights (ladders/roofs) and in tight spaces.
Construction or handyman experience (Minimum 2 years preferred) with tools such as drills, saws, and caulk guns.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Ability to pass a background check and drug test (including marijuana screening).
Willingness to travel locally and potentially out-of-state with some overnight stays.
Must be able to bend, kneel, crawl, and stand for extended periods.
Work on ladders and roofs for long periods.
Exposure to outdoor weather conditions and wildlife.
